All you need to do is to install the client software on your Windows
ME computer at home (see
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/rdclientdl.asp)
What you must do to your office PC will vary depending on how it
connects to the internet and whether or not there are any
software/hardware firewalls/routers.. In general, you will need to
know the Public (ISP) address of your office internet connection. You
can obtain this by browsing to
http://www.whatismyip.com from your
office computer. Second, you will need to either forward or enable
TCP Port 3389 in your firewall/router (forward to the private or LAN
address for your office computer). You will need to coordinate this
with your office IT staff.
