I TRIED USING THE SAME TYPE CALCULATION AS I DID LAST YEAR, BUT I AM HAVING
PROBLEMS WITH IT. I KEEP GETTING A BOX WHICH ASKS ME TO ENTER PARAMTER
VALUE. HELP!

JoAnn,

Adjust your CapsLock... typing in all caps is considered yelling.

Now, since we can't see the calculation you wrote last year can you help us
out with some details...

You don't provide enough info for anyone to provide you an answer. One stop
yelling! Typing everything in caps means your are yelling at everyone and
you may not get any response. No one knows what you did last year so you
need to tell us what your calculation is and how you are trying to do it.
Also including Windows version, Office version would help. Asking for a
parameter usually means your using a query of some kind and not providing
the information it needs. Now, push back from the keyboard, get a cup of
tea and try again to provide some info that someone can use to answer your
question. Pete

First off, turn off the caps lock key. It's hard to read and considered rude -
it looks like you're SHOUTING AT US.

Then give us some help. We cannot fix an error in a query if we can't see the
query. Please open it in SQL view and post the SQL text to a message here.

Typically, it can mean that you mis-spelled the name of one of the
fields either that is being selected or is being used as criteria. I
is saying that Access cannot find the field in anything that it is
open at that time.
