having problems sending links, outlook blocking

when I try to email a link from internet explorer I get a message that
outlook blocked the link, I also get a messagea about unsafe attachments, I
have tried to move security settings down in outlook and explorer but still
get the problem.

Sorry, the .url is considered just as dangerous as posting executables (in
outlook). You'll have to enter the url manually, or switch back to Outlook
Express.

-> Do not report errors for these programs:

Acrobat.exe
waol.exe
