Having problems installing Active Sync 4.5

I just bought a T-mobile dash phone/pDA and am trying to install Active Sync
4.5, but all in vain sofar. On running the Microsoft Active Sync Installer, I
get a message of " Error. Invalid Drive: F:\. please select a valid drive. I
dont have Drive F on my computer.I am in Windows server 2003/Outlook
2003/windows xp pro sp2

Hi, I am also having trouble installing Active Sync 4.5. The error reads:
"The path My Documents contains an invalid character." There is no error
code and I can't get beyond that part of the install - any ideas? Thanks in

there is no custom install option.
