Having problem to setup IPP Service

Dear all,

I'm trying to setup the IPP service for oversea staff to use the office
local printer. I'm using HP JetDirect & already install the IPP softeware
with setup & config successfully. I have a hardware firewall with port 515
open & IP mapping from global IP to Internal IP. I have test it internally
it works fine.
Now I have two questions would like to ask.
I can't add the IPP printer from oversea, it keep saying cannot connect the
target print, I have no idea how to fix it, please advice, thank you

Hi Ming,

Please use ping/tracert to see the connectivity.
Please recheck the IP mapping from global IP to Internal
IP.
