Hi
I'm using Windows Vista on a Tablet PC with great handwriting recognition.

I wonder how it is possible to have all names of all outlook contacts
automatically in the dictionary of the spell check and handwriting
recognition so that I don't have to add them all manually (hundereds).
(The handwriting recogntion only does a good job with words included in the
dictionary).

Daniel

I'm not sure about an automatic method, but perhaps you could export your
Contacts to a .CSV file, import it into Excel, then select all the names and
copy/paste them into the dictionary file (which is usually a text file).

sounds like a great idea. thx. if you don't hear back from me, it probably
worked. now all i have to do is find that dictionary text file that belongs
to vista's handwriting recognition. ... any hint? any idea whether it's the
same one that an installed MS Office 2007 on that system would use?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that question. You might want to post it
in a Vista newsgroup.
