Having major problems with emails

ive got yahoo account i also use it with microsoft outlook express the
problem is i can send but i cant recieve please if you guys any solution or
ideas what i can try will be appricated

What are you using for your incoming and outgoing mail servers? Did you
purchase the yahoo account that allows you to use a POP e-mail box?
