Having a problem linking documents to business contacts

I am trying to link word documents to my Business Contact manager. The
instructions say Open the Contact, click actions and then click "Link'. The
only link is to E-mail whcih I have already done. How do I link MS Word
Documents to my contacts?

Open up the Business Contact record that you want to link the MS Word
document to. In the lower left under the section titled 'Business Contact
History Items' click on the NEW button and select File. This opens a 'Select
File' dialog box and you can proceed accordingly with selecting the Word
document to link.
