Having a Problem adding pics to CDs

I've been having trouble adding pics to CDs. I either get the E:\ is not accessible Incorrect function or Insert a disk in the E drive. And there is a disk in the drive. I can copy pics to cds using the Record Now program just not with the writing wizard program. It used to work fine until recently. I checked the properties and there is no recording tab. I don't know what to do. Thanks to anyone who helps me.
