having a proble importing excel data in business contact manager

I want to import excel data into the business contact manager, I fill in all
fields correctly and when I get to the last page it say's this may take
several minutes etc, when I press next it says " Business contact manager for
outlook culd not complete your last action or actions. please try again."
I have rechecked it over and over, am i doing something wrong?
the excel prog is 2007.
Any Suggestions?

The "please try again" is the default error message from BCM, after it
has tried to find something more specific to say.

Try turning on BCM logging, in the About dialog, and see if the log
has any additional details.
