Well, after a month I still can't solve this problem. When printing on
either the 'High Quality' or 'Photo Paper Pro' settings, I get a heavy
magenta cast.
I replaced the print head with a new one thinking the nozzles were clogged.
I replaced the ink tanks and used brand new photo paper, all to no avail.
I'm into this problem for nearly $100 now with the head, ink and paper.
What's left, a software problem?
I do get correct color if I print on Standard quality/plain paper setting.
This printer has been flawless for over three years printing excellent
photos.
I've read all the posts on this issue, but with what I've tried, nothing
I've read is the answer.
Thanks for any help.
