have spyware that isn't detected by scanners

I have spyware that isn't detected by any of the spyware
scanners that keeps putting 2 shortcuts on my desktop and
randomly opening browser windows while I am using my
computer without a browser being open at the time.

The shortcuts that keep appearing are:
Get$888Free!

and

CasinoGames

I have NEVER EVER visited a gambling site (at least that I
am aware of) in my life.

Anyone have any ideas on this?
