have someone elses website open and have parts selected for them already

i want to have a site to open and have parts already selected the items are
radio buttons, and i want to have one or two selected and have them to just
click one button.

if you are not sure what i mean ask me a question and i will try to make
myself a bit more clear, i will think on this email hoping to make it
clearer for the next post.

I think more clarity would help. At this point I have no idea if this is a
site you designed and you want to set it up to do something when people view
it, or whether it's a site you connect to on your computer and you want
other users on your computer to do something automatically. Or something
entirely different.
 
this is NOT what i want, but it is exactly the same thing, as long as the
out come is the same as this then what i need it for will also work.

lets say that someone is on a site and select files they want by selecting
radio button for the files, then they click the download button to get all
the files

ok let just say that this site is already made, but this site is not mine,
it is someone elses, who i know very well.

now what i want is for them to visit my site and have them select a DAY this
then in turn opens up a new page with this friends website with the files
that relate to the day the want,

i know these files but the visitors will not, so i need to make it easy for
them, as sometime it can be more than just one or two. sometimes it could
be 5 or 10, now his site will do the rest of the downloading, i just need
to get his page opened with these selected files ready for them to just
click download.

complicated or what i know but this IS the only way that HE will let me do
this, NO i can not just import his page to me site as MY server does not
support this server side stuff.


i think this describes what i need.

This isn't what you want but it's the same thing?

It sounds like you're going to have to write a script to get what you want.
It might be easier to link directly to his files though.

On the other hand, this has absolutely nothing to do with Windows XP. You
might be best off posting to a group that relates to whatever website
software you're using. And make every attempt to be clear and specific as to
what you want. It will get you an answer a lot faster with less frustration.
