have problem with (Service Control Manager)

hi, i have a little problem here, i have 2 computer
connected to network, but now 1, and when i using the
computer after like 5 minutes, the windows just open a
new window there they write (service Control Manager)
problem, and will restart in 60 seconds, and i dont know
how to fix that problem, when i connect to Router its not
problem but when i unsing just the one network cable on
the modem, that bad problem is upcoming, pls help me and
email me, thank you cu Fatih
