I have an old PC I used about 3/4 years ago. Cannot remember any passwords.

I have rebooted to Safe mode and tried Administrator password as blank but
no joy.

I have a boot disk, which gets me access to the C drive, but still cannot
access.

I have Windows XP CD's to install from. How do I do this or bypass passwords?

What OS are you using? If XP, start in safe mode, log onto
Administrator, then in user accounts, delete the password. If it's a
CMOS password, there is a program called CLRCMOS, either .EXE, or .COM.
Can't remember for sure.
