Have movie play in PowerPoint

Hello,
You will need to capture the video in to the PC to create a video file.
You do this by using a video capture card to connect your VCR to the PC.
Once you have made the connection, you can use Movie Maker to capture the
video and create the video file. Once you have the file the rest is very
straight forward. In PowerPoint you can go to the Insert menu. Off this menu
is another popup menu called Movies and Sounds. From this menu select the
Movie from file item. You can then browse for the video file you created
using Movie Maker. When you have selected the movie file, Power Point will
pop up another dialog asking if you want the movie to start automatically or
to play only when it is clicked on.
