I have a windows XP system qnd I have FULL administrator
rights. But when I try to change my internet option I
get a messages that states I do not have administrator

Hi Roger,
I have a very similar challenge. I can't seem to change any of the options
in the "customized" security tab in the internet tools option. I was
wondering if you've had any success with this problem? Thank you!

Hi

See http://www.dougknox.com/, Win XP Fixes, Fix Internet Options Restrictions

Your IE is most likely hijacked (or if you have SpyBot Search and
Destroy installed, it can have locked it)...

Try to create a new account with administrators rights and
check it out if it will work on that..If it does just use
the new account and delete the old one.

code: Triple A

You make it sound so easy but what about all the programs registered in the
other users name?
