Have a spreadsheet update automatically

I am trying to find a way to have and excel worksheet data on a webpage that
updates as I save the excel file.

I have saved the spreadsheet as a web Page and check the AutoRepublish box
and that works fine. I then want to insert that web page to another web page
on the same website. That is the part that does not refresh or update.

Hope this makes sense.

I don't believe you can do it "live" like you're asking. You'll have to
publish the file down to your computer, open it in Excel, make the changes
and re publish it.

But I see now, you have converted the Excel doc to a web page....then, you
can open the site live, open the webpage created from the Excel file, and
update it "live" through Frontpage.... or publish it to tyour local
computer, open the web, open the page and edit it normally.

Or, you'll need to make the updates in the original excel file, re-export
it as HTML and republish that page to the web server every time you want to
make an update.


For the other part of your question: to include one page in another, use the
Include Content (from Insert > Web component menu) to include the page in
another page. There are other methods in FP, but this is the easiest and
quickest.

Publish all the pages.
