Within the last two weeks my PC freezes on newsgroup and www. for about 90
seconds when downloading. This happens at regular 15 minute intervals. I
have the current AntiVir and spybot but neither have detected anything. Has
anyone else had the same problem? If so is there a fix. TIA

What shows up if you type ctrl-alt-del, the three keys together. I suspect
it is your AntiVir.

If your using Outlook Express, is your 'check for mail every..... minutes'
enable and if so is it set to 15 minutes?

Try compacting your folders.
