Have a Problem

I have recently discovered that i have been infected with the Trojan.comxt
virus, having got the Nortons Antivirus software which its being picked up
with i find that the virus does not go away when it has been deleted.

I have downloaded the various software to ensure the pc is protected from
Nortons Antivirus but the file it says is infected is
Windows\system32\_kwuiex.dll having deleted i am still get virus alerts.

Following the instructions from Nortons Website i find there is no end to
the problem of being rid of this file and virus alert.

Is there a solution i am not aware of, if anyone can help i would most
grateful ?

I don't understand what you mean by "no end to the problem". The
Symantec instructions for removal seem pretty clear:

What version of NAV do you have? Is your subscription valid and the
definitions current? Are you doing the scans in Safe Mode and have you
disabled System Restore?
