G Guest Apr 23, 2006 #2 Hi Melanie, I'm assuming you mean page numbering? The easist way to do this is to split your document in to two parts, by adding a section break after the 4th page. Then set up page numbering in the footer, just for that section, that way the fifth page will be numbered page 1 HTH Neil www.nwarwick.co.uk
