Hauppauge WinTV 250 PVR driver

I am searching for a driver for the above card which came in a Dell 8250,
but which didn't have a driver disc - there is no driver available on Dell's
support site and the one on Hauppauge's won't install properly (I'm left
with a Code 10 in the device manager) - I'm running XP Pro SP1 - at this
juncture, I'm so desperate I'd even PAY for a driver. Dell's TS was useless,
as per usual.

Dave - can you help with this one? ;o)
 
Did you give Haupppauge's TS a try? They were very good for me, I don't own
a Dell. Have their WinTV PVR PCI version. Had most troublesome problems with
it ( not recording properly). After some emails and drivers, they determined
it was probably a bad card and had me RMA it back. Got new card, works like
champ.

They won't assist as it was OEM! GRRR!!
