I have Hauppage WinTV-HVR 1300 TV card. Is it possible to watch coded cable
program with this card (without paying, of course) by some software or
something else.

no offense, but is there any reason to this topic other than to tell us
that you have this card?
 
sry, i didn't read the topic good enough. scratch the last post.
anyway, i have no idea, because i don't have cable. it might be
possible if the cable box hooks directly to the tv tuner, which i don't
think is the way it is...
