Has anyone seen this

have a server in a workgroup and there are server on the
same network, yet when I go to this server it does not
list any of the other work groups nor will it list it's
self when I hit list of servers near me. Install on it is
dns-client/wins/ and it has a static ip address. It has
enable netbios over tcpip. This is the exact error
message. Microsoft kb only has one article which I have
already tried "The list of servers for this workgroup is
not currently available"

Has anyone seen this or know a fix.

What is the node type? Type ipconfig /all at a command prompt to get
the node type.
