Has anyone seen this freeware site before?

I remember using this site when i first got on the net.......dont think
its a well known site since its someones homepage aimed at recommending
his opinion on whats top quality freeware.

thought it might be of interest to acf' regular posters who might find
undiscovered gems.

i tried tracking down his favorite "shelltoys 1.0.5.0" with no luck.
Perhaps the more experienced can look into weather or not this is
something new or worth tracking down....(theres a screenshot on the
site somewhere)
