Has anyone run into this GP problem

I get the following errors in the app. log .

and the fix according to microsoft is to download and
install sp2. However im already at sp3.
Has anyone run into this and if so how did you correct it?
 
I know the answer already given was to "rollout to sp2", but anyone who
would have read your post would have seen that you are at SP3. Two things
you can look at, (1) go to SP4 (which I don't believe will help), or (2) be
very careful and look at the sysvol security, both file (i believe under
c:\winnt\sysvol\sysvol) and share security (\\server\sysvol) to ensure that
the security settings are allowing 'Read' access to authenticated users.
