Just FYI

Not sure what yo umean by "integrated updates". Use Automatic Updates is
turned on in Security Center, they'll download as they become available.
Every now and then, when you click the Start button, take a look at the
On/Off button at the bottom of the Start menu (kind looks like a 1 in a 0).
If there's an exclamation point on it, that means there are updates waiting
to be installed. Click the exclamation point.

To see what you have so far click the Start button type UP and click Windows
Updates. You'll see optional updates. You can click View Update History to
see what you've already gotten. I have about 40 or 50 of them. A lot of them
are drivers.

What I mean by integrate is just that, you know how in xp you can slipstream
the service packs into the xp installation. I was asking to see if this was
possible yet with vista.

It can be done. I haven't had a need to slipstream anything for Vista, yet.
Go get vLite v0.9 beta from www.vlite.net.
Their utility helps you slipstream a Vista DVD with updates, SPs, drivers,
etc.
