You'd need to draw them manually.
If you have a recent version of PowerPoint, click AutoShapes on the drawing
toolbar then choose More Autoshapes.
Experiment with the Chord and Pie shapes; either one will give you the partial
circles you need to fill the Balls.
To get the outline, draw another circle the same size as the chord or pie
shape, give it no fill but give it an outline. Align it with the chord/pie and
group the two.
Turning PPT's grid on and/or using Guides will help.
I've just uploaded a font called Pie Charts for Maps that you can install in
Windows. Then in PowerPoint you can type to get a wide variety of pie charts to
represent the balls you want. (Whatever I write just comes out wrong. <G>)
Try typing aflpu and go to Format > Font and select Pie Charts for Maps and give
it a size of about 36 for good visibility.
Be sure to read the license agreement that is included with the font. It's very
liberal if you just want the font for personal use. However, if you distribute
it, as I am doing, be sure that you are in compliance.
The best way to use Harvey Balls is via a font - don't draw them, they will look ugly and are hard to work with (they don't scale, they have to be redrawn to update them, etc.)... also, if you use a font, you can use Harvey Balls in Word & Excel much more easily.
