To those wanting to put Harvey Balls in their documents, the best way is to
use a font. A freely available font with instructions / tips is available at:

Could be a temporary issue with my machine/network, but I can't open
any of he download links.

The requested URL could not be retrieved.
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www2.ambor.com.au/hb/Harvey_Balls.ttf
The following error was encountered:
Unable to determine IP address from host name for unknown server name

It should have worked (I had the download links on a different server to
balance the load), but I've put them all on the same server now - something
might have gotten confused. Go ahead and try it again and let me know if
there is a problem.
