I'm putting together a brand new computer system and I'm confused regarding the hardware I may need. I will be building a retail website with a catalog of photographs (over 100) that will change monthly. I have a 4MP digi camera (Gateway DC-M42) that I will be using for the photos. I'll probably use Photoshop Elements 2.0. The system will have a minimum P4 2.6Ghz processor, 512MB PC3200 DDR400 RAM and a 10K RPM HDD. Will a video card have any affect on performance for photo editing or website development (Frontpage). Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
