My screen keeps flickering and the help says to change
the refresh rate. I only have one refresh rate and that's
60. I need to fix this on my laptop with a new videocard,
I would guess. Is there a way to fix this without
changing the video card? I tried new drivers and
update's. My video card is part of my motherboard and
will cost alot to replace. Is there another way?

Providing you have updated drivers for your graphics card.... right click on
the desktop and select Properties.

In the Settings tab, click on Advanced and then look for the Monitor tab.
Use the drop down tab to reset to 85Mhz or similar. Flickering will cease.
