I am trying to play audio on the computer, only to be
confronted relentlessly with the message:

Cannot play back the audio stream: no audio hardware is
available, or the hardware is not responding.

- I have splugged the speakers in. I assume they don't
need installation.
- I have no idea what to do to fix this problem. What is
causing it? Soundcard, perhaps?

If you have a add-in sound card,move it to a diffrent slot,or if intigrated(work
with cards too),R.click my computer,properties,device mgr.,in mgr.,expand the soun
icon,R.click all independntly,select,uninstall w/o restarting,when all are done,close-out
shut-down computer.XP will reload all on restart.

Oh Hades, we've got a right one here. Let's see, we're having problems with
our sound - may I suggest we update our video card driver?

I'm still trying to work out what 'splugging' is.

LMAO! It is funny how you want to be pedantic, but don't read, and you're
helpfulness shows as usual, that being demeaning! If you would READ the
message, having them download a video card driver, will in no way, fix their
sound problem, now will it?

Oh hades, we just got one here!!!!!!!!

Well, since you are a stickler for proper spelling, maybe this person knew
you would reply non-sequitur, and you would know that this goes with using
video drivers to fix sound problems!!

Suggest you avail yourself of the nearest dictionary and look up the meaning
of 'facetious' and 'sarcasm'. You obviously don't know the meaning of
either.

Oh no, I actually thought of that, but you're so unhelpful, I just find what
is typically obvious in your imperfections, that you seemingly find perfect.
It is so easy for you to be sarcastic, and demeaning to others when they
need assistance, that I have concluded that you are incapable of being
congenial, or even offering the most menial of help.

But do us all a big favor if you don't have children, please continue *NOT*
to breed, as I am at a loss as to why your species hasn't yet met the fate
of the "Darwin Awards"!
