Hardware problems

I want to change out my motherboard and cpu, I am running
XP and plan on no other hardware changes. Will I run into
the blue screen or any other problems, software related.
And what is the best way to do this? Thanks
 
Not a problem, do your upgrade and then run a windows XP Repair and all
being well you will back in business.
