HARDWARE monitoring tools?

Where can i find a tool that monitors all my hardware and makes me
able to change some settings on them?
 
Tools that do hardware monitoring are plentifull.........just do a Google on
"hardware monitoring"
A lot of them are for a specific purpose....what are you aiming to monitor??

Tools that monitor and allow you to change settings are few .
But you already have 2 of them on your system right now...The BIOS and
Device manager!!!
Various MOBO manufacturers supply monitoring and changing tools specific to
their motherboards.Have you checked your mobo manifact. website??

Make changes to the settings, you said? Then your BIOS and the Device
manger are your friends. Monitoring? Do a google as trigger said.
