Once upon a time my pc just didnt want to turn on, i asked one of my friends that is pretty good with hardware and he told me that the connection of my rams is bad and i have to "place" them better, my pc had this problem several time and every time i placed the rams better worked fine, untill yesterday, i did that but my pc still wasnt able to start, i even removed all the cards from my motherboard and replaced them, then my i turned my pc on ,saw the Acer logo of my motherboard and then a black screen with that message "Novell PCI RPL Boot ROM v1.00 (98/12/01)"
What is that? Can i somehow fix it or do i have to send it to a technician?
