Hardware full

my hardware was full. and i can't start the program. when i started the
progarm. it was error. and error " KMemstack : chunk over flow". Itried to
fix by deleted another progarm but i couldn't fix. Please tell me how to fix
it. Thanks

There's no such situation as "hardware full".

Have you tried rebooting?
