Can anybody advise on the following problems, I running Windows XP, and
receive the following error message with a blue screen:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Technical Information

*** STOP: 0x00000050 (0XC9DFF024, 0x00000001, 0x8018345B, 0x00000000)

I have tried to re-install Windows XP, and still receive the above message;
I have even removed the memory chip by chip to see to whether it is a bad
chip, however the message still appears.

(I'm unable to get to the desktop of the PC, sometimes the PC re-boots
before the above message appears, however it still doesn't get as far as the
desktop).

I would be grateful of any help.

Regards,

Belinda

Its a wild shot, try turning down graphic accelleration. It DOES look
like its some sort of memory problem, but as you've swapped out the RAM
I would try that next.

Also, are your memory timing's in BIOS correct?

Also, since you've tried switching RAM out.....try changing other various
hardware devices out....graphics cards....et cetera. See where that gets
you.
