Hardware Device Issue

Hi
The problem which I am facing is,I am trying to connect a local printer to
the Client and installing the driver through "Printer & faxes(Add New
Printer)" in "Control Panel". Printer installed successfully.
But if I open the "device manager" It is showing the (?)-Mark on "Other
Devices" and if the update the driver from there only, the (?) -mark
disappears.

I am using "Epson Stylus C63" printer.
Can anyone help me out for this issue.

You should be able to see the reason why driver failed to install in SetupApi.log.
