hardware change....all but hard drive

I built a new system today. Replaced everything but hard
drive. To my surprise system will not but because of
there were more than 3 hardware changes. Do anyone have
the recipe to a system boot? Have install disk but not
sure what option to choose once I get into I'm able to
boot from CD-Rom. HELP......
