Hardware CD Writer and CD Rom

When fooling with the computer I deleated something I
should not have and the CD rom or cd writer will not work.
when I try to re install I get a code 19 on the trouble
shooting program.
Help Im dead with out my roms

Hi Mike,
Have you tried restoring to a time before your mishap?

If you have a XP cd you can try running thr SFC (System File Checker)
