Need assistance !!!!
I am using Win XP (prof) TW Chinese edition on a Celeron 1.7 256mb system
desktop pc.
I am using a Western 60 G harddisk for windows installation and store my
data on another 80G Western harddisk.
Something happened to my 80G hardisk when I was copying files from my
notebook to desktop pc using a USB link cable, suddendly an error occuried
adn file transfer was terminated. Then I found the 80G harddisk on the
desktop pc required me to fomat. The 80G lost its name I assigned earlier
and all data on it cannot be asscess and when I click it Win ask me to
format it. I am afraid that if I format the 80G I will loss all my data.
Is there any software or procedure that can help me to recover my data
pleaseeeee?
Your advise will be very much appreciate.

Pop it into your local polce station and say it contains illegal
pornography (assuming it doesn't of course).
If they can't recover the data I doubt anyone can.
And the service comes free of charge!!

Hello NM,

I am not sure at all that you can save your data, but perhaps the program
Partition Magic could do the job for you.
