Harddrive switch

Please if anyone could help me! I just bought a new computer at a yard sale
and it proccesser and motherbroad are faster then my old one, so I decide to
switch over to the new one, but when i try to switch my hard drive over to
the new spic's it dosent let me get in to safe mode any thing, how do i
switch hard drive to a new computer? Is there a special wizared that handle's
that? please help

you need to perform a repair install
