Hard Truck II, Conflict Desert storm

Hello,
When I try to run Desert storm, and I get to the page
to select Single Player,etc. the options keep clicking up
and down really fast so that I have to try to push enter
fast enough to catch the one I want, and then It only
freezes up my whole computer and I have to shut it down
manually. It ran fine on this OS before. I tried un-
installing and re-installing it but It does no good

Also one of my favorites Hard TruckII Freezes me up.

What are you system specs? You have latest drivers, BIOS, etc..? game
patches?
