I've recently noticed that some of the text in IE-6 are in bold, block
letters, similar to a mosaic, and are very hard to read. Any ideas? Thanks

Examples?
In IE itself or at Web pages?

The problems occurs on Web pages, but not on all. It seems to be most often
found where large print is being used, for example on a headline. It also
seems to occur when letters in a story are in bold, resulting in a pixalated
image of the letters, similar to a mosaic. I hope I'm being helpful enough
in describing this problem. Of cours when I try to cut and paste an example,
it looks completely normal. Thanks for replying to my query!

Can you give an example site?
Do you have any Web accelerator program installed?

Thanks again for your response...I don't use a web accelerator. An example
of a website where I've seen this problem today (7/24/06) is
www.foxsports.com. Examples of the problem text that I'm seeing can be found
on this page where major league sports are listed across the page, just above
the feature story. They are in highlited in gold. The names of all of these
sports or leagues are very hard to read, and when I rest my mouse on any one
of these sports, the drop down list is impossible to read. The rest of the
page is fine, except for one other place. At the very bottom of the page,
there is a white field with something written immediately to the left of
"privacy policy". The letters of whatever is written there are also in that
same "mosaic" or "pixelated" block lettering that's hard to read. I hope
this helps!
