I am trying to be able to send my Windows calandar and it has me set up an
account but it says that yahoo email addresses you can't use because they are
an HTTP???? I am really confused and not computer literate? Do I need help.
any advice or guidance on how to get this all set up.

HTTP mail means web mail. You access it with a web browser.
Unfortunately, web mail accounts like the free US Yahoo ones can not
be used in Windows Mail. Don't you have a paid email account through
your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? The latter uses POP or IMAP
protocol for access, which is what Windows Mail was designed for.

i had that problem at first too...but if u have the yahoo account that
u pay for the POP3 u can use it...the settings are for
POP3 then incoming mail is pop.mail.yahoo.com
outgoing mail is smtp.mail.yahoo.com
and check the box for authenticication

when thats done you have to go to tools...then accounts then click on
the
account u just made then go to the tab that says advance

set the ssl ports both incoming and outgoing to 465

that should work :)
