Hard Drive

Hi all ,I have just had my 80g hardrive taken out of my second PC and had a 300g installed ,I have put the 80g hard drive in my No 1 PC as a slave Question is can I completely delete everything on the drive as everything on it is on the Master(right click on everything and send it all to the recycle bin)or is there somethings I need to keep?????????

My computer >> right click the 80Gig drive >> format drive
