Hard-drive tweak

Regarding the hard-drive tweak mentioned in this forum earlier today, I find
that the tweak doesn't"stick." It immediately reverts back to the default.
Does anyone know how to change the registry setting so these changes will be
permanent?

I have no idea what you're talking about. If you want to reference a
particular post, you need to *reply* to that post (not start a new
thread), and also quote the message you're replying to (as I quoted
your message above).
 
I had already cleaned out my Communities forum. That's why I didn't reply to
an earlier thread. String me up.
 
Web interface? I don't even know what you're talking about. I am using a
newsreader. Can we give it up now?

If you used a newsreader instead of the crappy web interface you would not
have that problem.

I'm not interested in stringing anybody up. I merely explained why
it's extremely unlikely that you'll get any help to what you posted.
 
I apologize for my snippiness. I had already deleted all my Communities
content and I realized when I posted that I was being very vague. I didn't
even have a copy of my earlier post. Take care.
