Hard Drive Space Issues

hi,
I've faced a problem. in my hard disk ( C drive) , appeared a 20GB folder named Microsoft Game. in this folder appeared another folder named commane. there is too many documents that repeat every few minutes.
I tried to delete the folders but appeared again.
what is it ?
