There is no limit. The only limit will be with your BIOS and/or SCSI/RAID controller.

Windows 2000 SP3 incorporates 48-bit logical block addressing, which allows
2K to see 137GB and larger drives.

This, however, is also limited by the BIOS of the PC in which the hard disk
is installed. If the BIOS can't see above 137GB, neither will Windows 2000.
