Start/run/regedit
(if unsure export registry for safety)
select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
navigate to system/services/atapi/parameters or
system/currentcontrolset/services/atapi/parameters
right click for new
Select Dword name it EnableBigLba (take note of case)
set value to 1
end regedit
reboot

Why are we manually having to execute these regedit patches to enable
137gb hard drive access? Can't a simple Windows Update execute this
regpatch automatically?

Even my system had to have that update when I fitted the 750GB disks. Despite
the fact that I wrote it, I had to refer to it as memory (personal) is not as
good as the written word.
I regret - If I have to do it with such an updated system, remember I have 2
320GB that worked well when I fitted the first 750GB then anybody coming along
with that question will get the 'signature' slammed at them - Remember it does
work and it causes very little work.
